CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - Cleveland weather is cold, but it’s also cool.

Case in point: the sundog, which occurred Tuesday at sunset in Northeast Ohio.

A sundog is an atmospheric optical phenomenon that consists of a bright spot on one or both sides of the sun.

Two sundogs often flank the sun, creating a rare halo effect.
