ASHLAND, OH (WOIO) - Troopers found $20,000 worth of drugs during a traffic stop in Ashland County.
The driver of a rented 2018 Ford Escape was pulled over for speeding on I-71 on Dec. 7 around 9 a.m.
After the driver was pulled over, troopers smelled marijuana and searched the vehicle.
Troopers seized 1,899 grams of oxycodone/hydrochloride pills and marijuana.
Mohammed Jibril, 18, of Reynoldsburg, and Arthur Lee Worth II, 20, of Columbus, are now locked up in the Ashland County Jail.
If convicted, both men face up to 16 years in prison.
