ELRYIA, OH (WOIO) - At approximately 9:40 a.m. Friday, Elyria police detectives arrested a man suspected of a carjacking Thursday night.
Johnny G. Mack III, 39, reportedly admitted his involvement in the carjacking that took place at 990 E. Broad St. around 11:15 p.m.
Police say Mack also confessed to a break-in of an office at 630 S. Abbe Rd. on Dec. 10. Numerous computer monitors and keyboards were taken in that robbery.
Mack has been charged with aggravated robbery and breaking and entering, both felonies.
He is being held at the Lorain County Jail without bond, pending a hearing in court.
