CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - Rain continues to push north towards Cleveland through Saturday evening. The reason it's been slow and steady to make it to the lake is because the system has been battling with drier air as it pushes north.
Rain will become more scattered through the overnight tonight as it continues to fight with the dry air. Rain will linger through Sunday morning and we'll be drying out through the afternoon tomorrow.
Lows tonight will be in the upper 30s, and highs on Sunday will be in the middle 40s. We'll say goodbye to the more mild temperatures overnight Sunday as a cold front pushes through to start the work week Monday.
Highs on Monday will only be in the upper 30s with the chance for a few flurries, mainly along the lake.
High pressure will take over for the middle part of the week and mild temperatures will return in the middle and upper 40s for Wednesday and Thursday.
Another system moves in late Thursday night bringing rain and snow chances to start next weekend.
