Warren Carpenter has been found safe and sound, according to a dispatcher with the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
A 12-year-old boy ran away from a group home Friday night, prompting the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office to issue a missing child alert.
Warren Carpenter went missing around 5:15 p.m., and was wearing a gray and green camouflage hoodie, a white shirt, blue jeans, and red and white sneakers.
Carpenter is 5-feet-7-inches tall, weighs 175 pounds and was last seen riding a black bicycle.
