CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - We’ll hold onto a mix of clouds and sun through most of the day with high temperatures right around freezing. Clouds will start to clear out as high pressure continues to build into the area. It’ll be breezy through the night with N/NE winds 15-20 MPH.
Expect much of the same quiet conditions as we head into the new week Monday and Tuesday: highs near freezing with mostly sunny skies, and overnight lows in the low 20s.
A cold front will sweep through the area Wednesday, bringing back the chances for a few flakes. Temperature wise, things will stay relatively close to the same Wednesday, and highs will be a few degrees colder heading into Thursday.
Looking way ahead to next weekend, warmer air starts to mix in looking for the chance for a bit of a wintry mess. Looks like high temperatures could push back to near 40 degrees on Friday, allowing for a rain to snow transition that evening, with snow chances continuing on Saturday. After that, a colder pattern looks to move in. We’ll be monitoring this system closely over the next several days to get the precision timing on its' arrival. Stay tuned!
