CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - Odell Beckham Jr. is a Cleveland Brown and there is nothing the league can do about it.
It shook up the social media world Tuesday, with all eyes on the city of Cleveland.
26-year-old Beckham is in the prime of his career, he finished last season with 77 receptions, 1,052 yards and 6 touchdowns.
The trade teams Beckham up with his good friend and former LSU teammate Jarvis Landry.
Aside from catching touchdowns, Beckham has national ads with companies like Nike and Head and Shoulders.
He brings passion, energy and swagger to the field, as one of the most recognizable faces in the league.
After years of ridicule and bad teams it looks like the Browns have all the pieces they need to actually be pretty good.
Yeah, we know.
So far this off-season the Browns have added Odell Beckham, Olivier Vernon, Kareem Hunt and Sheldon Richardson to the roster.
Three years since an 0-16 season the Browns look to be destined for greatness.
It’s going to be a fun season to watch from the Dawg Pound, stay tuned.
