CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - The Cleveland Police Department is asking for help with locating a stolen wheelchair.

Police said a resident of the 4100 block of Cyril Avenue was taken to MetroHealth Hospital on Sunday.

When he returned home, he noticed his Quantum Q6 motorized wheelchair was taken, police said.

According to police, the victim told oficers that the wheelchair was stored outside of his home because he does not have a wheelchair ramp to exit the residence.

The reported estimated value of the wheelchair is $27,000.

Police said the victim’s wheelchair is all black and has an Air Jordan sticker on the back.

The wheelchair featured in the police report’s photo is not his chair, but the same make and model.
