RICHLAND COUNTY, OH (WOIO) - The city of Shelby in Richland County is banding together to help those in need in the aftermath of a tornado that hit Sunday afternoon.

The Shelby Police Department passed along the good news that the First Presbyterian Church on North Gamble Street will be serving hot breakfast starting at 7 a.m. for those affected by tornado.

Shelby Municipal Court is closed and cases will be moved til Wednesday, April 17.
