1 pound pork sausage (not in casing)2 c celery, diced2 c onion, diced10 c cornbread stuffing mix2 tsp poultry seasoning1 ½ tsp dried sage½ tsp white pepper3 c chicken brothSaute sausage, onion, and celery until sausage is brown and vegetables are tender. Drain off fat. Mix in stuffing mix and seasoning. Bake, covered with foil, in a 13x9 baking dish. 40 minutes at 350°. Bake for an additional 10 minutes uncovered to brown.
