Donte Stallworth

Miami, FL - Cleveland Browns WR Donte Stallworth slated for arraignment Thursday morning.

The 28-year-old is accused of fatally striking a pedestrian with his Bentley in Miami last month.

59-year-old Mario Reyes was killed in the accident. Reyes worked in the area and was headed to a nearby bus stop when he was struck down.

Prosecutors say Stallworth's blood alcohol content was .12%. The state's legal limit is .08%.

The police report states that Reyes was not in the crosswalk but also states that careless driving contributed to the deadly accident.

The NFL'er remains free on $200K bond.

If convicted of DUI manslaughter, Stallworth could face up to a maximum 15-years in jail.
