AKRON, OH (WOIO) - Three people behind bars after Akron police bust up a Meth lab in the city.

Officers from the Akron Police Department Clandestine Lab Enforcement Team (CLET) followed up on a citizen complaint of possible drug activity at a house in the 400 block of Sullivan Avenue.

After given the homeowner's consent, officers observed items commonly used to manufacture Methamphetamines in plain view, in the cooking process and the finished product.

38-year-old Randall S. Ostrander, 50-year-old Tammy L. Rutan and 43-year-old Duane M. Lowe were charged with Illegal Manufacturing of Methamphetamines, Illegal Assembly of Chemicals, Possession of Methamphetamines, Possession of Criminal Tools and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
