OLMSTED TOWNSHIP, OH (WOIO) - Multiple sources have confirmed Olmsted Township Police Chief, Charles McNeeley has been placed on paid administrative leave.

Chief McNeeley was arrested last month for lewd behavior in public with another adult.

A park ranger saw McNeely and another man - 61-year-old Daniel Crown - parked next to each other in the Memphis Picnic area near the Westside around 8:30AM.

The ranger observed the men outside their vehicles partially undressed and "involved in sex acts."

Both McNeeley and Crown have been charged with public indecency.
