Posted by Web Staff - email

Cleveland, OH (WOIO) - Some may know him as Darnall Nash but he introduced himself to our Carl Monday as Santina Gibbs.

What? That's right SHE is really a HE!

19 Action News busted the transsexual escort for scamming homeowners and college students out of their hard earned cash.

Now Cuyahoga County prosecutors accuse Nash of something else...voter fraud!

Nash was indicted Thursday on charges of tampering with records, false registration and illegal voting.

According to Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Bill Mason, Nash registered to vote nine times in four months, using fake names and phoney addresses.

Carl Monday has the new details on the latest legal troubles for Ms. Nash.
