CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - Another man charged in postal scam.

Mark DeShazier is accused of submitting bogus bills for washing postal vehicles.

DeShazier runs the car wash and billed for work which was never done.

More fallout from the Ulysses Bradley case - a manager at the post office who recently pleaded guilty to running a scam for kickbacks.
