Cleveland, OH (WOIO) - Ohio's anti-gambling Governor is having a change of heart.

Governor Ted Strickland did a 360 and is asking state legislators to approve a plan to put slot machines at Ohio's seven racetracks.

The plan wouldn't go before voters but straight to lawmakers.

The Governor believes its a way to help balance the budget.
