UPDATE: CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - A reprieve for two Newburgh Heights police officers.

Another trial for Joseph Szelenyi and Bobby Hoover was supposed to start in front of Judge Sheehan Tuesday morning but got continued.

The cops - charged with abduction - are accused of taking one of their roommates, tossing him into their car and then going to a bar in uniform while they were off-duty.

Last week, the charge of felonious assault was dropped against both officers in a separate case.

The felonious assault charge was from the repeated tasering of a drunk woman, Kim Bankhead.
