COPLEY TOWNSHIP, OH (WOIO) - Talk about barking mad.
A Summit County man stands accused of ordering his pit bull to attack his dad over the weekend.
Jaquar Richardson charged with domestic violence, aggravated menacing and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
This, after the 29-year-old borrowed his father's friend's car last Friday morning and did not come back until the pre-dawn hours Saturday.
The upset car owner ordered Richardson from her home after he returned. That's when Richardson told his dog to attack his father, Christopher Gibson. Gibson suffered bite wounds to his knee.
Richardson then tried to attack his father while officers were present.
He pleaded not guilty to the charges and remains free on bond until his late August trial. The judge ordered a protection order for the injured Gibson.
