(WOIO) - Pittsburgh Steelers star quarterback Ben Rothlisberger has been accused by Andrea McNulty of sexual assault.

McNulty filed the claim in Washoe County, Nevada stemming back to an incident that allegedly happened in July of 2008 while the NFL'er took part in a Celebrity Golf Tournament.

McNulty - a worker at the Harrah's hotel in Vegas - claims Rothlisberger called her up to his Penthouse Suite and said his TV was broken. When she got there, she examined the television and found it to be in fine working order. When she tried to leave, McNulty says Rothlisberger physically refused to let her exit the room. She claims he then grabbed her and started kissing her.

Rothlisberger's lawyer - David Cornwell - says the allegations are completely false.
