Cleveland, OH (WOIO) -  A Cleveland Police Chaplain was busted for reportedly using his badge to get with women, and you saw it first on 19actionnews.com!.

Now, Cleveland Police have filed sex charges against Reverend Jesse Harris including gross sexual imposition and impersonating a police officer.

Harris's defense attorney, Anthony Jordan, tells 19 Acttion News "we don't think the city has put together an investigation that would warrant such devastating charges in one week."
