MEDINA COUNTY, OH (WOIO) - More charges have been filed against a Cleveland police officer accused of hiding a camera in a women's restroom at his Medina County business.
Sgt. Timothy Richissin has been indicted on two additional charges of voyeurism. This, after a second employee stepped forward claiming to be a victim.
Richissin is already charged with voyeurism, tampering with evidence, obstructing official business and possession of criminal tools for the first victim.
A former employee found video from the camera on a company flash drive and gave a copy to the Medina County Sheriff's Department.
Richissin claims it was all a joke. He's been suspended without pay until his trial is over.
The trial is scheduled to begin September 28th.
