CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - Cleveland police are investigating an apparent family feud that erupted over the weekend.

Police say family members gathered at 965 E. 140th to celebrate their mothers 50th birthday when two brothers started arguing.

The fight got so heated that one of the men, 20-year old John Davis, pulled out a gun and shot an unidentified person twice.

Davis left before police arrived but he was arrested a few streets away and charged with assault.

Another woman, 20-year old Ciara Peyton, was also arrested and charged with tampering with evidence and obstruction.
