CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - Neighbors are outraged after another violent incident occurred after hours at the Fairfax Recreation Center in Fairfax Park.
This time, a 15-year-old boy was shot in the chest.
The shooting happened late Friday evening. Neighbor Ned Sanders Jr. tells 19 Action News "we hear gunshots all the time."
Robert Ensley, 15-years-old, was in critical but stable condition Monday.
Residents believe the violence is caused by rival gangs that see each other at the recreation center then take action after hours.
Neighbors to the Fairfax Rec. Center believe that the only thing that will stop the violence is more security after hours. "Just make some policeman visible" says Sanders.
The shooting comes weeks after another teenager, Elexis Harris, was stabbed to death at the same recreation center.
The Fairfax Recreation Center is located on E. 82nd Street.
Police have a 16-year-old suspect in custody.
