CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - Morning commuters came to a screeching halt when a semi-tractor trailer carrying scrap metal flipped along I-77 southbound Tuesday morning.
The accident happened around 8:15 a.m. at the I-490 split and forced I-77 southbound to close.
The interstate reopened around 11 a.m.
The truck was spread out horizontally across I-77 southbound and took up three lanes.
No other vehicles involved and the truck driver was able to climb out of the vehicle.
