CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - Drug stores across Northeast Ohio are making it possible for their customers to protect themselves against the flu this season.

As of Sept. 1, Rite Aid patients in the greater Cleveland area can get their regular seasonal flu vaccinations at select locations.
Walk-ins are welcome, click here to find a location near you..
Other select locations offer flu and other immunizations year round. You just have to call for an appointment.

Walgreens will begin administering seasonal flu shots at more than 7,000 of its nationwide points of care beginning September 1st, including in its 350 Take Care Clinics.
By September 8th, all Take Care Clinics and Walgreens pharmacies will have immunizing pharmacists or nurse practitioners on staff from 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. daily, offering shots on a walk-in basis or by appointment.
Seasonal flu shots will cost $24.99, and the alternative nasal spray FluMist will be offered for $29.99.
