Brooklyn, OH (WOIO) - A former mayor charged with sexual assault is sentenced.
Investigative Reporter Scott Taylor broke the story in September 2009.
Ken Patton received 60 days house arrest.
Earlier this year he plead guilty to assaulting one of his co-workers inside Brooklyn's City Hall. He was also charged with assault.
In court Thursday he said he was an alcoholic and has been in and out of at least two addiction programs. He claims he doesn't remember what he did to the victim and he apologized.
The judge didn't buy Patton's drunk excuse.
He was also fined $1,000.00 and got two years of probation.
