KENT, OH (WOIO) - Parents say they want the principal of Walls Elementary School gone.
This, after a 4th grade student brought a bb-gun to school and reportedly threatened other classmates in a bathroom. Principal Sandra Goodrich apparently handled the incident poorly with delayed parent notices and failed to make a police report.
Dozens of parents showed up at the Kent City Schools Board of Education meeting Tuesday night asking for Goodrich's removal.
Parents say it took the school about four days to get a notice out about the Sept. 4th incident.
The Kent City Schools Board of Education hasn't taken any action against Principal Goodrich thus far.
The incident is currently under review.
