Continued: Trial For Suspect Accused In Fatal Fire That Killed 9 People Gets More Time

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - The man accused of starting a fire that killed nine people including eight children was scheduled to begin his trial in federal court for trial Thursday.

The trial has now been continued until Decemeber.

Antun Lewis has denied setting the fire back in 2005 at E. 87th Street and Superior.

Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty.

Lewis has previously been to prison six times in the past 30-years.
