Tentative Agreement in Discrimination Lawsuit Filed By Three Cleveland Cops

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - There is a tentative settlement of federal lawsuits filed by three caucasion police officers who all claim they were discriminated against by the city.

All three had claimed the city discriminated against them after they shot and killed African American suspects.

Tim Franko, Phil Habeeb, and John Kraynik worked out a financial settlement with Cleveland City Hall.
