Akron, OH (WOIO) - The U.S. Marshal's Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested two fugitives in Akron today. Arrested were Alan Sipple, 26, of Brittain Rd. and Frank A. Robinson, Jr. 24. of Hillwodd RD. both in Akron.
Alan Sipple was arrested at his residence around 11:00 this morning without incident. He was charged with contaminating substance for human consumption or use. The charges stem from an incident back on July 25th, 2009 at a bar in the 1600 block of West Market St. When Sipple placed an unknown substance inside of a drink of a 22-year-old female. The female victim was treated at a local hospital.
Frank A. Robinson, Jr., was taken into custody at his girlfriend's apartment on Kimlyn Circle around 11:30am this morning. Robinson is wanted for aggravated robbery. The charges stem from an incident back on April 19th, 2009 on Ley Dr. where Robinson and several others robbed a male at gunpoint for $500.00.
Both, Sipple and Robinson were booked into the Summit County jail.
