Innocent?: Teen Accused of Murdering Mail Carrier Pleads Not Guilty In Court

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - The 19-year-old accused of killing a mail carrier in Maple Heights pleaded not guilty in court Wednesday.

Randie Winston is charged with aggravated murder, aggravated robbery and kidnapping.

Maple Heights police say on September 17th, Winston shot 53-year-old Daniel Kondas while he was delivering mail on Corridon Avenue.

Winston faces the death penalty if convicted and remains locked up without bond.
