Cleveland, OH (WOIO) - The United Auto Workers President tells 19 Action News that a tentative agreement has been reached with Ford Motor Co.
Both sides have been trying to hammer out a deal and agree to changes in their 2007 contract.
The UAW is not releasing any more details at this time because both sides are still meeting.
The contract covers about 41,000 UAW members in the United States.
Ford and the UAW agreed to the four-year contract in November 2007.
The parties agreed to modifications in February 2009.
