Former Browns Receiver Braylon Edwards - accused of sucker-punching a guy outside a Cleveland club just days before he was traded.
It's been nearly three weeks since the incident yet a city prosecutor is still investigating.

The prosecutor's office says it's still trying to contact witnesses who were at the View Nightclub. A detective actually spent several days gathering statements from on-duty and off-duty cops.
But the prosecutor's office says it needs to talk to the accuser - Edward Givens - again but he's been out of town. So the case drags on.
