UDPATE: CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - New details on a Buffalo NFL'er who got into trouble while partying in Cleveland.

Bills player Donte Whitner had a hearing scheduled for Tuesday morning for his arrest outside the House of Blues last April. Whitner was out celebrating Ted Ginn, Jr.'s birthday.

19 Action News has learned Whitner and his lawyer quietly went to court Monday night and  resolved the issue.

The judge signed off on the Selective Intervention Program. The 90-day program includes seeing a probation officer once a month.

If he successfully completed the program, the judge can throw out the criminal case.
