Twisted Tech: Medical Worker Accused Of Taking Nude Pics of Patients

BRIMFIELD, OH (WOIO) - A Portage County medical worker is accused of taking nude pictures of patients.

Jamie Aguirre was pulled over Sunday night on SR 43 at I-73. During the stop, officers found the 43-year-old to be in possession of a small amount of Marijuana and paraphernalia. Officers arrested Aguirre and inventoried the vehicle pursuant to the arrest. Aguirre gave consent for the search of his cell phones and memory cards located in the vehicle.

Officers located what appeared to be nude photos juveniles and video taken covertly within a medical setting. Officers later determined that Aguirre works for a medical imaging business and many of the photos and videos were taken during medical testing procedures such as X-rays, mammograms and ultra sounds.

Officers from the Brimfield Police Department assisted by Deputies from the Huron County Sheriff's office executed a search warrant at Aguirre's home in Willard, Officers recovered computers, numerous homemade DVD's and other computer related items.

Aguirre was charged with four counts of Illegal Use of a Minor in Nudity Oriented Materials.

Officers will continue to investigate these incidents.
