Rogue Robber: Jackson Township Police Seek Suspect

JACKSON TOWNSHIP, OH (WOIO) - The Jackson Township Police Department is currently investigating an aggravated robbery that happened in the 6600 block of Arlington Road late Sunday morning.

The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 5 foot, 10 inches with a slender build and thin narrow facial features. He was clean shaven at the time of the incident. He was wearing dark colored clothing and a knit stocking cap.

The suspect brandished a rifle, ordered two victims to exit their vehicle and lie on the ground. When the victims refused and attempted to flee, the suspect fired at least one shot striking their vehicle.

The police department is asking anyone seeing someone fitting the description or a vehicle parked in the area of Arlington Road between Mudbrook Street and Portage Street at the time of the incident to contact the police department.
