Fiery Death: Baby Dies in Fatal Interstate Car Crash

Cleveland, OH (WOIO) - Police in Cleveland are investigating a deadly car crash.

The victim was a two-month old baby.

It happened around 4:00pm Monday afternoon on I-90 at W. 73th.

The19 Action News chopper, Cleveland's only news helicopter was able to get these Exclusive pictures as it happened.

According to police, one of the vehicles was stopped in the road when it was hit by another car from behind causing it to burst into flames.

The driver that hit the stopped car was able to rescue the other driver but they were not able to save the infant.

The baby was severely burned and died on scene.

The man that tried to pull the baby from the car was also burned on his hands, arms and head.

The incident backed traffic up for miles.

Police are still investigating.
