CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - The city of Cleveland has gotten the green light from the prosecutor to continue with the construction on Perk Park.

The park - which sits at East 12th & Chester - was the scene of a deadly shooting in February.

The city has since approved plans to improve the park by adding lights and raising the park. More grass will also be added.
