Cleveland, OH (WOIO) - A county judge made an unprecedented move Thursday.
He rejected a plea deal for RTA bus driver Angela Williams.
Williams is charged with killing a pedestrian while talking on her cell phone.
Prosecutors and the victim's family agreed to settle the case if she served six months in jail but the judge disagreed and said she owes more than that.
He denied the deal and ordered jury selection for trial.
Williams could now get the max which is five years in prison.
