CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - Jury selection continues in the trial of former RTA bus driver who hit and killed a pedestrian.
This, after the judge rejected Angela Williams' plea deal for the crash that killed a man near Public Square in March.
She was allegedly on a cell phone when she struck and killed Patrick Merrill.
Prosecutors and Merrill's family agreed to settle the case if she served six months in jail.
But the judge disagreed and believes Williams should face a harsher punishment.
