The Sixers held a four point lead entering the fourth quarter but Cleveland held them to 4 of 23 shooting, which translated to a 10 point quarter. The Cavaliers have now won 10 of their last 12 since starting the season 0-2. They are off until Wednesday when they play the Pistons in Detroit.
