CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - Brrr! Turn up the heat, will ya? It's freezing in here!

Here are just a few of the stories we are working on this hour.

It was a tragic and deadly fire on the westside of Cleveland last month. Four people lost their lives when fire swept through a boarding house on West 32nd. Now, investigators are saying the blaze was intentionally set. The very latest on the search for an arsonist.

The alleged Cleveland Strangler is due in court later this morning. This, after he was slapped with an unprecedented 85 charges yesterday and faces the possibility of being sent to death row. The bodies of eleven women were found in and around Anthony Sowell's Imperial Avenue home last month. All but one have been identified.

And on the national front, President Barack Obama has decided to send another 30,000 troops to Afghanistan. The very latest on the additional deployments.
