CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - Good Thursday morning. Do you feel that? It's Jack Frost nipping at your nose!

Looks like we are going to get our first blast of winter-like weather to round out the work week. Temperatures will plummet to the low-mid 40s with whipping winds. Check out Meteorologists Jen Harcher and Jason Handman's complete Ford First After Forecast HERE.

Here are just a few of the stories we are working on this hour.

The accused Cleveland Strangler has a date with a judge this morning. Anthony Sowell is facing the death penalty after the Grand Jury returned an 85-count indictment against the 50-year-old registered sex offender.

On the national front, a woman who denied having an affair with Tiger Woods will hold a news conference with her lawyer around lunchtime. This, after the golfing great apologized for "transgressions" that let his family down.

Plus, the couple that crashed a state dinner at the White House could be facing a Congressional subpoena, if they refuse to testify at a Thursday hearing before the House Homeland Security Committee.
