CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - Cleveland is close to seeing the first Browns tv blackout since 1995, thanks to a shortage of fans heading to Sunday's game.
So far, there's still several thousand seats needed to be filled in order to show the game against the San Diego Chargers on local tv.
