CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - There appears to be both good news and bad news when it comes to Cuyahoga County's new budget.
There are are no new cuts for 2010, but the already approved cuts set to take place next year, will be implemented.
Among those cuts, five mandatory unpaid furlough days for all county employees.
The 2010 budget for Cuyahoga County was approved on Thursday.
Despite job consolidation, the fact that nearly 900 employees took a buyout in 2009 and some programs were eliminated...Cleveland is still $12 million short.
