MANSFIELD, OH (WOIO)- It looks like Kevin Dye will be in court Wednesday after all.
Police arrested him in Bucyrus Tuesday afternoon.
He was wanted for aggravated arson and manufacturing of a dangerous ordinance.
Cops believe he is responsible for tossing several fire bombs into the second floor of the Mansfield Municipal Building early Monday morning.
The building is nine stories tall. The second floor was home to the Municipal Courts, Judges Chambers, Clerk of Courts, Law Director, Office of Police Records and other private offices.
Several rooms on the second floor suffered extensive water damage when the sprinkler system went off.
Police say the U.S. Marshal's tip line received a number of tips and leads that led them to locating Dye.
Court records show Dye was scheduled to appear in municipal court on Wednesday after being charged in an unrelated case.
No one was injured in the firebombing.
Dye was arrested without incident and he's being held in the Richland County Jail.
