SUMMIT COUNTY, OH (WOIO) - A lifetime suspended license wasn't enough to keep a Summit County man off the roadways.
Cops stopped Gregory W. Gordon after receiving a call about an erratic driver swerving all over the roadway in Green.
Gordon had an odor of alcohol and appeared to be impaired - he also refused all sobriety tests.
His driver's license had previously been suspended for life due to a conviction of aggravated vehicular homicide and OVI.
The conviction relates to an incident in 1994 when Gordon was involved in a traffic accident that claimed the life of Officer George Knaff of the Akron Police Department.
