Bitter Blast: Cold, Crisp, Windy Weather on tap for the rest of the Year

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - A frigid start to your Wednesday, but a gradual warm-up is expected as the day wears on.

Temperatures will warm into the low 30s during the evening - a downright heat wave! A clipper heads our way spreading light snow across the area tonight.

Things looking a little dicey for your New Year's Eve - snow showers will mix with rain at times as temperatures continue to climb to the upper 30s.  The wintry mix will change back to all snow as we ring in the New Year! We are anticipating an extended period of lake effect snow and cold for the first week of 2010.

We want to see the snowy scene at your house! See It, Snap It, Send It and your photo could be featured on the news.
