No Threat: Giant Eagle Reopens After Brief Bomb Scare

UPDATE: BROOKLYN, OH (WOIO) - Officials on the scene of a suspected bomb threat at a Brooklyn Giant Eagle have given the all clear.

This, after the bomb squad was called to the grocery store after a suspicious looking package was discovered in the cart corral in the parking lot around 1:30PM Wednesday.

Police told Giant Eagle the package was not an explosive device and posed no threat.

The store has since reopened.
