It's April 1st - Census Day. Communities nationwide are urging their residents to take 10 minutes to fill out and mail back their 2010 Census forms if they haven't already done so. This, as an alert goes out for people to keep an eye out for scammers. Complete details coming up in less than 15 minutes. 

The city of Independence is mourning the death of a senior officer from the fire department. The 30-year veteran died while on duty.

The city of Cleveland has released the findings of an outside commission formed by Mayor Frank Jackson to look at how city cops handle missing person cases. This, after the bodies of eleven women were found in and around suspected serial killer Anthony Sowell's Imperial Avenue home last November.
